Waseca police officer Arik Matson and his wife Megan smile after receiving an award from the Minnesota chapter of the Military Order of the Purple Heart’s David Bellis during a ceremony Tuesday at the Waseca County Veterans Memorial. Matson was wounded while responding to a call in January of 2020.
