A motorist rolls down a fresh ribbon of asphalt on Blue Earth County Road 17 (Parkway Avenue) into Eagle Lake on Thursday. A section of the road from Highway 14 east of town to the Eagle Lake City Hall was opened to traffic as other sections of the road west if tiwb were closed down for reconstruction.
