PC favorite West graduation

Needless to say, many events and activities looked very different in 2020. High school graduation was no exception. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, many students picked up their diplomas with only a couple of family members in attendance. When Mankato West graduate Haley Juliar picked up hers, however, some of her frieds showed up outside the fence around the school to congratulate her from afar.
