Samarah Forster of Sleepy Eye Coffee Co. makes a cup of coffee on Thursday. The business occupies one half of the renovated Pix Theater building, sharing the other half with Sleepy Eye Brewing Co. The coffee shop makes most of its food from scratch and uses as many local ingredients as possible.
