Flying Penguin Outdoor Sports owner Jon Andersen leads a pack of bicyclists along Victory Drive that includes North Mankato Mayor Mark Dehen, former Mankato Mayor Tom Brady and Mankato Mayor Eric Anderson on the Mayors Bike Ride Wednesday. The ride was part of Bike and Walk Week in the two cities.
