Mankato Public Safety Director Todd Miller points out details in a surveillance tape that recorded the Sunday morning assault of Isaac Dallas Kolstad, a former member of the Minnesota State University, Mankato football team during a press conference in Mankato on Monday. Fomer Mankato West and University of Minnesota quarterback Philip Nelson was arrested for the assault that left Kolstad hospitalized in critical condition. Authorites released video and still photographs in an effort to identify a second suspect in the assault.
