Collision snarls traffic at Madison and Victory

Emergency workers tend to the scene of a collision Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Madison Avenue and Victory Drive. According to the State Patrol, the driver of a Buick LeSabre westbound on Madison Avenue turning left onto Victory Drive failed to yield right of way and was hit by a Chevy Classic that was eastbound on Madison Avenue.
