Skaters enjoy the new Mary Dotson Skating Rink during its grand opening and Kiwanis Holiday Lights preview lighting Wednesday in Sibley Park. Grandchildren and great grandchildren of the rink's namesake took some of the first laps around the synthetic surface rink.
