MSU food eating contest 1

Minnesota State University student Chao Xiong take a big bite of peach cobbler during a food eating contest Tuesday sponsored by the school’s Student Impact Team. The event is part of a collection of Spirit Month activities created in the absence of the traditional homecoming week activities canceled due to the pandemic.
