For the last 20 years, Minnesota Lake in Faribault County, has been managed by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources as a wildlife lake. Some residents of the nearby community of Minnesota Lake now are objecting to that plan because the resulting aquatic vegetation is obstructing their view of the lake.
